摘要
为了在企业推行测量系统分析(MSA),必须注重执行时的可操作性。文章简单描述了测量系统评定的一般流程,强调了分析和评定的具体做法必须作为一种实用模式,既有科学性和原则性,又与ISO\TS16949标准的精神完全一致。文章以"线性"这一测量系统特性指标的评定为例,通过2种简繁不同的可行方法,做了较为详细的说明。这表明企业执行测量系统分析时,必须具有和注重操作性。
In order to effectively promote Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) in modem enterprises, we should pay great attention to handle ability. This paper expounds the normal measurement procedure of MSA, emphasizing the analysis and measurements are of scientific and principled. At the same time, the essence of MAS shows no difference from the ISO/TS 16949. At last, taking the measurement system target of "linearity" as an example, the paper illustrates 2 different kinds of feasible methods in great detail, which tell us that enterprises must pay great attention to handle ability of measurement analysis.
