原子吸收光谱法测定汽车管路涂层完整性

摘要 介绍了应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定汽车管路表面涂层完整性的检测方法。该方法通过将电镀锌+有机涂层的汽车管路样品浸泡于一定浓度盐酸溶液中,使盐酸与表面涂层缺陷处锌层反应后将溶液导入原子吸收分光光度计中,测定溶解在盐酸溶液中的锌离子浓度,从而判断管路表面涂层的完整性。实验结果表明,该方法可以准确判断涂层表面是否存在微小缺陷以及缺陷产生的加工工序,因而,对于汽车涂层管路在加工过程中可能造成的不易发现的表面涂层破坏可以及时准确地判定。 This paper introduces one kind of tube coating surface integrity test method in automotive fields using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).Firstly immerse the galvanization + organic coating automobile tube sample in a certain density hydrochloric acid solution, at the organic coating defective area zinc ion dissolves in the hydrochloric acid solution, then the zinc ion density of the solution was determined by the atomic absorption spectrophotometer, thus the top coating integrity of the tube can be judged. The test results indicated that with this method, coating defects during tube producing process which not easy to be detected by normal inspecting methods, can be determined easily and accurately
