摘要
单宁广泛存在于自然界中,主要用于医药、食品和化妆品等工业以及水处理等方面。为了研究单宁的测定方法,综述了现代单宁的测定方法有高效液相色谱法、原子吸收分光光度法、薄层扫描法、热透镜光谱法、高灵敏示波电位动力学分析法及电化学传感器法等,认为最有发展前景的就是流动注射-光度联用法。
Our nature is abundant in tannins, which is mainly used in medicine, food, cosmetic and water treatment etc. The tannins - determination methods are introduced as the following : high performance liquid chromatography, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, thin layer chromatography scanning, heat lens absorbance detection, highly sensitive oscillographic potentiometric - kinetic method, electrocilemical sensor detection and flow injection spectrophotonletry etc. Among them, the most promising one is flow injection spectrophotometry.
