摘要
上犹县于1999年建立了江西省唯一的长防林工程效益核心监测站。为较全面、科学、准确地评价"长防林"工程的生态效益,向社会公布建设成果以及为今后长防林建设的规划设计、结构调整和经营管理提供科学依据,根据对长防林工程效益核心监测站7年多不间断地监测收集的大量数据,进行整理分析,结果表明:上犹县长防林工程项目实施14年,项目区内水土流失得到有效控制,土壤侵蚀模数由项目实施前的800 t/km2.a下降到目前的100t/km2.a左右,平均下降了90%;土壤质地得到改善,土壤肥力增加,森林植被不断丰富,生态环境明显好转,生态效益显著。
The only core monitoring benefit station of the protection forest project for the Yangtze River in Jiangxi province was established in Shangyou County in 1999. It provided scientific basis for a more comprehensive, scientific, accurate evaluation of the ecological benefits of the protection forest project; announce building results to the public; the planning and design, structural adjustment and management of building the protection forest for the Yangtze River in future. According to the analysis of many data monitored and collected continuously by core monitoring benefit station of the protection forest project for the Yangtze River for more than seven years. The results showed that the protection forest project for the Yangtze River in Shangyou County has been implemented for 14 years, the water loss and soil erosion were in effective control in the project area, the modulus of soil erosion declined in the current 100t/ km^2·a around from 800 t / km^2·a before the implementation of the projee, it dropped by 90 percent on average; soft texture was improved, soil fertility increased, forest cover has been continuously enriched, the ecological environment marked improvement and ecological benefits were significant.
