在传统观念中,行长作为一家银行机构的主要负责人,其日常工作就是在办公室里批阅文件,参加各种重要会议,以及会见高端客户等。然而,在中国工商银行辽宁省分行,各支行的行长们却纷纷把办公桌搬进了营业大厅,与客户和员工"亲密接触"。行长"坐堂"究竟是出于何种考虑,又能够带来怎样的成效?带着这些问题,本刊记者和通讯员联合采访了辽宁省分行朱立飞行长,并走访了沈阳、辽阳、鞍山三地的工行网点,与多位分支行行长进行了交流。

Traditionally speaking, a bank president’s routine in office is reading and commenting on documents, meeting with high-end clients, and so on. However, in Liaoning branch, ICBC, the branch president's desk had been moved into business hall. For what consideration was this system born? What’s the result of its implementing? In search of answers to these questions, China Urban Finance reporters and correspondents jointly interviewed with Zhu Lifei, the president of Liaoning branch, ICBC, and visited Shenyang, Liaoyang and Anshan branches.
