摘要
通过分析目前教师评价中存在的不足之处,以社会的要求、教师劳动的特殊性要求、评价的目的和要求为依据,并分别以不同性质的评价主体(专家同行领导和学生)构建教师综合评价指标体系;采用算术平均统计法来确定各指标的权重;应用模糊综合评价理论建立教师评价模型;最后以实例说明其应用.
Based on the needs of society, the featuros of teaching the purposes and needs of evaluation, the authors analyze the shortcomings of the present evaluation on teachers and suggests setting up the sythetic evaluating system on teachers by using the different natures of evaluating subjectiveness (experts; leaders and students in the same field). We caculate each weight index by using census of arithmetic mean and set up the evaluating model on teachers by using fuzzy sythetic evaluating theory and finally we explain the application with examples.
