The Effects of Mg^(2+) on Growth of Russula hypha

目的:探讨Mg2+对红菇菌丝生长的影响。方法:在红菇菌丝生长的固体及液体培养基中分别添加不同浓度Mg2+,培养,观察测定菌丝萌发的时间、平均日长速、长势及菌丝干重等指标。结论:添加适量的Mg2+可明显地促进红菇菌丝的生长,菌丝产量高,浓密,长势好,但Mg2+浓度过高,会抑制菌丝的生长。

Purpose： the effects of Mg^2＋ on the grouth of Russula hypha is studied.Methcd： Mg^2＋ of different density is added to the solid and liguid culture of Russula hypha. The time of sprout, the daily growth rate and the hypha＇s weight are investigated. Conclusion： adeguate addition of Mg^2＋ can obviously promote the growth ofRussula hypha, but excessive addition may prevent its growth.
