摘要
目的:探讨Mg2+对红菇菌丝生长的影响。方法:在红菇菌丝生长的固体及液体培养基中分别添加不同浓度Mg2+,培养,观察测定菌丝萌发的时间、平均日长速、长势及菌丝干重等指标。结论:添加适量的Mg2+可明显地促进红菇菌丝的生长,菌丝产量高,浓密,长势好,但Mg2+浓度过高,会抑制菌丝的生长。
Purpose: the effects of Mg^2+ on the grouth of Russula hypha is studied.Methcd: Mg^2+ of different density is added to the solid and liguid culture of Russula hypha. The time of sprout, the daily growth rate and the hypha's weight are investigated. Conclusion: adeguate addition of Mg^2+ can obviously promote the growth ofRussula hypha, but excessive addition may prevent its growth.
