摘要
新课程对教师的专业水平提出了更高的要求,而评价则是促进教师专业发展的重要力量。但传统的教师评价体系存在诸多不足,比如以鉴定分等、奖优罚劣为评价主要功能,容易导致片面追求学生考试成绩的倾向,忽视教师的个体差异,不利于教师的专业成长等。我们认为有利于促进教师专业发展的教师评价体系应该具有以下特点:注重评价主体的多元化;重视评价内容的多样性;提倡评价标准的多元化;坚持评价方法的多样化;突出评价过程的动态化。
The new curriculum has put forward a higher demand to teachers.Evaluation is an important force to promote teachers' professional development.However,the traditional teacher evaluation system has many deficiencies,such as emphasizing discrimination and grade,reward and punishment,resulting in the tendency to unilaterally pursue the study result,and neglecting individual difference of teachers.It is pointed that an evaluation system beneficial for teacher's professional development should be characterized by upholding variety of evaluators and content,advocating diversity of criteria and evaluation methods,and stressing a dynamic evaluating process.
