The teaching file management system is established in the course of the development of the Polytechnic School.The files account the trace of the development of Polytechnic School and provide reference for the teaching research,teaching reform and teaching development.The thesis propose some suggestion in the standardization of teaching files in the Polytechnic School,basing on an analysis of the existing problems in teaching file management.
