On the Mode of Scenes Dialogue of Moral Education in Colleges

在经济全球化、价值观多样化、高等教育大众化和多元化的时代背景下,高校德育工作面临着新挑战。高校德育模式已逐渐由与生活情景割裂的以灌输说教为主的传统模式走向以互动为核心的动态发展性的情景对话德育模式。本文尝试对情景对话德育模式的探讨,旨在提高高校德育的实效性,以促进大学生个体道德行为的最终形成。

In the times of economic globalization, values of diversity, pluralism and popularization of higher education, the college moral education is facing new challenges. Traditional inculcating mode of moral education which separated from the scenes of life has gradually become to preach the mode of scenes dialogue which takes interaction as the core of the dynamic development. This paper attempts to discuss the mode of scenes dialogue, aims at improving the effectiveness of moral education, and is to promote the individual students to form the ethical conduct ultimately.
