摘要 肝脏疾病可以引起肠黏膜屏障受损,进而肠道内细菌发生移位,导致菌血症和内毒素血症,并进一步加重肝损伤。 Liver disease can lead to the dysfunction of intestinal barrier and thus cause the bacterial translocation, which may result in bacteremia and endotoxemia and, in return, exaggarate the liver injury.
