摘要
目的通过现况调查与护理项目工时测算医院护理人力资源的配置情况,构建二级与三级综合性医院护理人力资源配置模型。方法采用专家咨询法、现况调查法、工时测算法和统计学处理进行研究。结果三级综合性医院整体护理人力资源实际配置床护比为1:0.62,标准配置床护比为1:0.67;二级综合性医院整体实际配置床护比为1:0.56,标准配置床护比为1:0.60。结论合理配置和有效利用护理人力资源是确保医疗护理质量的保障。
Objective To investigate the situation of nursing human resources allocation by on-spot surveys and measurement of nursing man-hours, and to construct model of nursing human resources allocation in general hospitals of Grade-A and Grade-B. Methods Delphi method,on-spot survey,man-hours measurement and statistic analysis were used. Results The actual and standard ratio of beds to nurses in general hospitals of grade-A and grade-B was 1 : 0.62,1 : 0.67,1 : 0.56 and 1 : 0.60 respectively. Conclusion Rational allocation and effective utilizatoin of nursing human resources are the guarantee to assure medical and nursing quality.
