创建质量控制小组进行阴囊兜带的研制与临床应用

Design and Clinical Application of Multifunctional Oscheal Baiteum

目的研制并应用阴囊兜带,提高阴囊疾病术后患者的护理质量,减轻患者痛苦。方法成立质量控制小组,通过现状调查和文献查阅,根据患者的不同体型设计并制作各种型号的阴囊兜带。结果70患者临床应用后的满意度调查显示:舒适程度满意度为96%;方便程度满意度为95%;牢固程度满意度为97%;应用阴囊兜带的前后对照比较,患者的住院时间和住院费用均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论依托质量控制小组成功研制的阴囊兜带取得了良好的临床应用效果.不仅减轻了患者的痛苦和经济负担,而且激发了护士的创新性和工作积极性,提高了护理质量。

Objective To deign oscheal balteum and apply it in patients after scrotum surgery,and evaluate its effectiveness. Mathods Quality control（QC）team was established and multifunctional oscheal balteum with different size was designed and made according to different somatotype of patients through on-spot investigation and literature review. Results The results of survey on 70 patients after use of oscheal balteum showed that satifaction rate of comfort, convenience,and fastness was 96%,95% and 97% respectively. And length and expenses of hospitalization were greatly reduced（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Good results can be achieved after application of oscheal balteum designed by QC team. It not only alleviates the suffering and economic burden of patiens, but also stimulates the creativity and initiative of nurses and improves nursing quality.
