认同是人们精神稳固的源泉之一,教师的职业认同决定了教师工作行为的基本态度,也深深地影响着教师对自我、对职业的感受。只有教师建立了内在的职业认同,才会有发自内心的精神满足,感受到职业带来的幸福与生命价值,真正的专业发展。
Identity is of great importance to mental stability and well-being. Teachers' professional identity is vital to an instructor's attitude, and feelings for selves and occupations. Only with professional identity can a teacher sense heartfelt mental well-being, professional happiness, and the value of life, to facilitate his or her professional development.
