摘要 胜任素质方法是在人力资源管理中逐渐被认可的一种方法,其通过科学方法所提炼出的核心素质为高校的人才培养提供了借鉴。一些发达国家,已把胜任素质与教育紧密相连,并在实践中取得了可喜的效果。因此,基于胜任素质的人才培养模式,将会对我国高校的教学实践开拓思路,产生积极影响。 The author tries to present the competence as core quality of human capacity-building in colleges and universities. The professional competence is integrated into education in developed countries and stands out in practice. The paper suggests that China's higher education learn from the western experience in an effort to push forward capacity-building and competent talent training.
