摘要
齐齐哈尔市水资源开发利用已有多年的历史,经济正快速发展,水资源利用量逐年增加。通过对地表水资源利用现状的分析,提出了水资源的开发利用措施,为水资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。
Water resources development use in Qiqihar had many year histories, with the economical fast development, the quantity of the water resources increase year by year. Through the analisis of water resources use present situation, can provides the scientific basis on using the water resources continually.
