摘要
基于计算流体力学(CFD)算法,在MADYMO软件中建立了某国产品牌轿车驾驶员侧气囊的CAE模型,并实现了气囊充气过程的动态模拟。经与气袋的静态点爆试验充气过程的对比发现,流体力学模型比均匀压力模型能更准确地模拟气囊起爆和充气的运动学与动力学过程。论文设计并进行了胸块发射试验,进一步验证了气囊充气模型的准确性。
A CAE model was built for the driver side airbag filling and deployment of a certain domestic car based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) algorithm in software MADYMO, and the dynamic simulation of airbag filling process was realized. Compared with the airbag deployment process under the static ignition test, it was found that the CFD model is more accurate than the uniform pressure
