Comments on the Relationship between Novels and Social Management written by Liang Qichao had put forward four famous notions： fumigating,leaching, needling, extraction. In this paper, Liang Qichao claimed that these notions could reveal the aesthetic characteristics of novels from span, depth, strength, height dimensions. Based on these analysis, he said that novels had four aesthetic characteristics, namely generalization, entry, Impressiveness, purification.
