高校政工干部心理素质的高低,直接决定了政工干部队伍的精神状态、意志品质、战斗力、凝聚力和创造力,直接影响着思想政治教育的效果。高校政工干部必须具备坚定执着的意志品质、乐观自信的精神状态、攻坚克难的实践勇气、创新开放的工作心态、淡泊名利的奉献精神。从高校政工干部心理素质优化目标入手,重点分析当前高校政工干部存在的心理问题和原因,并提出高校政工干部心理素质优化的对策。

The level of psychological quality determines the spiritual state of political work cadres at university, which is also the vital factor of ideological and political education effect. The political work cadres should possess such qualities as being politically conscious, optimistic, confidem, innovative and devoted. The paper first makes clear the aim of optimizing psychological quality, and then analyzes the current psychological problem of political work cadres. The countermeasure is also put forward to improve the building of political work staff.
