新时期高校图书馆对西北地方文献开发与利用的思考——以西北师范大学图书馆西北文献资料研究中心建设为例

A Study on the Library of University Developing and Using the Northwest Local Literature in New Times——An Example from Northwest Literature Materials Research Center of the Library of Northwest Normal University

地方文献是图书馆馆藏文献中的一种独特资源,蕴藏着丰富的可为区域经济建设和社会发展服务的信息资源,而且地方文献悖离老化规律,有长久提供使用的信息价值。高校图书馆为了文化的传承和资源的汇聚,为了学科建设,都须高度重视特色地方文献资源的建设放。文章以西北师范大学图书馆西北文献资料研究中心的创建为例,围绕其适时性、必要性与可能性,如何着手的初步思考,切入的侧重点等,进行了论述。

This paper points out that the local literature collected by libraries is a kind of special resoure e, in which contains abundant information resource that can provide service for the regional economic construction and the social development, and the local literature can repeatedly provide the information value through deviating from the aging rule. With a view to spreading and inheriting culture, collecting resource and developing courses, the library of university shall pay more attention to the local special literature resource. The paper preliminarily discusses how to start the work, key questions, and so on with the center of timing, necessary and possibility through setting an example from the establishment of the Northwest Literature Materials Research Center of the Library of Northwest Normal University.
