政府决策咨询是公共行政发展到一定阶段的必然产物。我国与美日英德等发达国家在政府决策咨询兴起的时间、背景、结构体系及发展程度等方面有较大差距,我国政府决策咨询未来发展的基本路径是加快决策者与执行者的适度分离、完善官办的决策咨询机构、进一步发挥半官方政府决策咨询机构的功用、大力发展民办决策咨询机构等。

Government decision consulting is the inevitable product of development of public administration to a certain stage. Through a comparison of time of upsurge, background, structural system and development degree of government decision consulting between China and many developed countries such as America, Japan, Britain and Germany etc., the author tries to find out the deficiency in development of government decision consulting of China and put forward the basic development ways in the future, for example, the government shall speed up the appropriate separation of decision makers from executors, perfect the official decision consulting agency, make better use of the function of decision consuiting agency of semi - official agency and develop greatly private decision consulting agency.
