近年来,我国企业管理层收购还存在许多问题,要处理好这些问题,必须做到:对企业实施MBO进行充分论证;创新融资工具,拓宽融资渠道;完善信息披露制度;引入外部收购者参与竞争;制订完善法律制度;合理确定收购价格;进一步完善对MBO企业的监管。

In recent years, there exist many problems in MBO in China. In order to solve these problems, we should demonstrate fully the enterprise＇ s MBO, innovate financing tool, broaden financing channel, perfect information release system, introduce external purchaser into bidding, establish and perfect relevant law, determine reasonable price, further the supervision over MBO enterprise.
