对"文化大发展大繁荣"的理解和把握,不能概念化、抽象化、理想化,需要我们深入研究文化大发展大繁荣的基本内涵、主要标志和目标要求,认真探讨和把握实现文化大发展大繁荣的基本条件和机制,并从实际出发,提出切实可行的对策和措施,增强文化自觉,从而卓有成效地推动和促进社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣。

We should not understand mechanically, abstractly and ideally the ＂great cultural development and prosperity＂. We should study deeply the basic content, main mark and purpose of great cultural development and prosperity. We should discuss seriously and manage the basic condition and mechanism of achieving great cultural development and prosperity. We should propose practical measures to increase cultural awareness and promote successfully the development and prosperity of socialist culture.
