恩替卡韦与拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎(Hepatitis B Virus Related Glomemlonephritis。简称乙肝病毒相关性肾炎,乙肝病毒-GN)是指乙肝病毒直接或间接诱发的肾小球肾炎,经血清免疫学及肾活检免疫荧光所证实,并除外肝、肾两种疾病同时仔在,除外系统性红斑狼疮等其他病因引起肝肾病变的一种疾病。乙型肝炎病毒相关性的治疗是目前临床上较为棘手的问题,其发病机制尚未完全明确,目前国内外均无统一明确的诊断及治疗原则可循。我国HBV感染半及原发性肾小球肾炎发病率均较高,据报道,乙型肝炎病毒感染后,肾炎的发生牢约占肾小球肾炎的10%~65%。
