小细胞性肺癌综合治疗研究进展
摘要
目前肺癌已成为我国乃至全世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，全世界每年超过100万的人死于肺癌。在确诊的肺癌中，小细胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer,SCLC）占13%-20%.其侵袭力强、恶性程度高，极易发生早期转移，确诊时绝大多数（约90%）已发生了区域淋巴结和（或）远处转移，丧失了手术治疗的机会，因此放疗及化疗便成为主要的治疗手段。特别是化疗及其他药物治疗实施方便，县级以上医院均可开展。近10年来，随着对SCLC致病机制认识的加深及分子生物学的发展，本文对新的化疗方案及治疗药物作一综述。
