摘要
企业成长的内在规定性要求家族企业沿着所有权和控制权的路径变迁,同时,现代经济条件对企业发展也提出了新的要求,迫使企业要改革治理结构。本文从企业文化的角度分析了影响家族企业治理结构变迁的障碍,并着重于构建易于企业治理结构演变的文化。
The internal prescription in enterprise's development requires family enterprises to go along the path of ownership rights and control rights, and meanwhile under the current economic situation, new requirements have been raised for enterprise's development to force enterprises to reform their governance structure. The cultural factors are pointed out that have an influence on the transformation of family enterprises' governance structure, and the culture that is easy to transform enterprise's governance structure is re-built.
