刘基文化生态是一个以历史名人命名综合性旅游文化地产项目,以业态聚集、合理布局、传统与现代兼融、绿色开发为设计理念。在对刘基文化的挖掘与传承基础上.刘基文化生态园将成为文化产业化的物质平台和孵化器,实现现代高等教育产、学、研的有机结合,促进当地旅游经济发展。
Liuji＇s cultural ecology, which is named by a famous person in history, is an integrated cultural tourism real estate projects. Its design philosophy is the gathering of format, the rational distribution, the compatibility of tradition and modem, and the green development. Liuji＇s Eco-cultural Park will become the material platform and incubator of the cultural industries, on the basis of the lineage and excavation of Liuji＇s culture, achieving an organic integration of the production, academia and research in the modem higher education, and promoting the local economic and tourism development as well.
