缄默知识与教师的专业成长

摘要 一、缄默知识及其分类 Polanyi首次提出“缄默知识(tacit knowledge)”的概念。他认为人类的知识有两种,通常意义上可以用概念、命题、公式、图表等加以陈述的知识称为“显性知识”(explicit knowledge),而在人类知识体系中存在的无法言传或不能清楚意识到的,能够被成功地运用到科学创造、工作、学习和生活中的知识称之为缄默知识。
