Reflection on the Road to the Rule of Law in Chinese Villages

从当今乡村法治现实来看,法治的本土资源非常贫乏,尽管乡村法治正在生成,但它是一个渐进的不断积淀的文化过程,其生长和形成不能仅靠政府推动,也应该注重乡村社会自身的内生性因素,走一条社会演进与政府推动相结合的道路。

From the rule of law in village, the local law resources are very poor, even though the rule of law in village is being generated, it is a gradual process, its growth or formation doesnt only depend on the government promotion, should also focus on the rural factor. It is important to go to the path which integrates the society evolution and the government promotion.
