烧伤换药时使用度冷丁有关问题的思考

Reflections on the Issue of Using Pethidine in Burn Dressing Change

对于烧伤换药伴随的操作痛,医生应积极地预防和处理。使用度冷丁控制操作痛有效且合理。度冷丁依赖的问题不容忽视,但重视度冷丁的依赖性并不意味着抵制度冷丁科学、规范地使用。烧伤换药前使用度冷丁的镇痛效果好于烧伤换药中患者出现剧痛后使用度冷丁的镇痛效果。

The operation pain in burn dressing change should be prevented and treated actively. It is effective and reasonable to control the operation pain by using Pethidine. We should pay attention to the dependence of Pethidine, but it doesn＇t mean we refuse to use Pethidine scientifically and standardly. Our research found that analgesic effect of Pethidine before burn dressing change is better than that of during burn dressing change.
