摘要 为满足电力企业统一管理、统一规划的需要,以吉林省德惠市农电管理信息系统的开发为依据,通过扩展GIS(Geographic Information System)的功能,给出了基于SuperMap Object的输配电系统的统计与分析模块设计。结合电力行业内部的特点,开发了GIS在电力行业中的一些高级应用,增加了电力统计和决策分析功能,如区域统计、线路统计、模拟停电分析等。系统运行结果表明,该系统的统计与分析模块很好地解决了传统电力GIS在分析上存在的问题,是处理复杂任务及决策支持的有效方法。 In order to satisfy the enterprise of electric power to unify the management and the programming, according to Dehui agriculture electric power system, depending on extending function of GIS (Geographic Information System), the design of eleetricity's Stat, and analysis with SuperMap Object are presented, combining characteristic with electric department inside, canoeing out some senior applications of in the electric department, increasing the function of Stat. and analysis, such as Area Star, circuitry Star. , simulation of power cut analysis. As the system has been run, these functions have played role on analysis than conventional GIS's function, and the system can cope with complicated task and sustain decision-making.
