摘要
完善以农村党组织领导的村民自治机制的民主法治机制,是建设社会主义新农村的客观要求。新农村建设必须动员农村广大民众的民主政治参与,需要在发挥民主参与作用方面强有力的法律支持、保障和监督。
To improve the villagers＇ self - government mechanism of democratic law riding mechanism under the leadership of the party organizations in rural areas is an objective requirement for the new socialist countryside building. New rural construction must mo- bilize the masses of rural people to participate in democratic politics, which needs a strong legal support, protection and supervision in the aspect of democratic attendance.
