摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了对单肢冷弯C型钢梁柱节点的有限元模型,探讨了槽钢翼缘宽度、螺栓直径和材料屈服强度对节点屈曲荷载和螺栓孔变形的影响。研究表明:槽钢翼缘宽度、节点处螺栓的直径对梁柱连接节点屈曲荷载的影响不大,而材料的屈服强度对连接节点屈曲荷载的影响比较大。同时,试件发生畸变屈曲时螺栓孔变形比较小,一般都小于2.5 mm。
The finite element software was used to establish finite element model of single cold - formed C type steel beam - column connections,and the effect of channel flange Width, bolts diameter and the yield strength of channels on buckling load and the bolt - bearing deformation were discussed. The studyshows that width of the channel flanges and the diameter of the bolts have little influence on the buckling load of the beam to column connections. In contrast, the yield strength has great effect on that. Besides,the bolt- holes, which were generally less than 2.5 mm, were distorted insignificantly when distortional buckling occurred.
