摘要
川南黔北地区是今天中国白酒的最重要产区。川南黔北名酒区的形成是以这个地区内独特的自然、文化等资源背景为前提的。酒文化作为该地区重要特色文化,具有独特性、稳定性与多样性特征。这些特性的形成与该地区优良产酒自然条件、民间尚酒氛围、稳定宽松酒业政策和酿造科技密不可分。在历史时期发展的过程中,这个地区酒文化又受到外来文化、政策方面的影响得以强化。反过来,这个名酒地区的形成对川南黔北区域内建筑艺术、文化景观方面产生重大影响,也成为川南黔北地区传统文化认同的一个重要因素。
The areas of southern Sichuan and northern Guizhou are the most important manufacturing regions of Chinese liquor. Located in the junction of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and the Sichuan Basin, it has complicated geographical conditions that form a unique human history and these areas are rich in splendid regional cultures. As an important cultural characteristic, the wine culture is one of the most dazzling pearl, and has the characteristics of uniqueness, stability and diversity. This culture is inseparable with the area's excellent natural conditions for wine production, the folk custom of affection for liquor, stable liberal liquor policy and the brewing science and technology. Historically, these regions' wine culture was strengthened by the influence of alien culture and policies. Conversely, the formation of these famous liquor regions also had the great influence on the architectural art and the cultural landscape, which had also become one of the important elements of the cultural identity in southern Sichuan and northern Guizhou.
