本文采用英国帝国化学公司（ICI）蒙德火灾爆炸毒性指数评价法来确定某化工企业用于生产甲醛的甲醇氧化器潜在危险性，并给出了该氧化器火灾、爆炸、中毒各项安全指标补偿前後的数值，为企业日常安全管理和相关应对措施提供了一定的理论依据。

Analysis and evaluation of the inherent risks of fire, explosion and toxicity in the methanol oxidizing kettle were made by use of the method of Mond process. Every safety index in the practical productions and after the introduction of safety measures was predicted. The results could be applied as references to the safety management and the adoption of game measures in enterprise.
