东南互保和几种政治势力

On the Mutual Safeguarding between the South and the East and the Political Forces

1900年是为旧历庚子年,义和团运动兴起、八国联军入侵、自立军起义、中国议会的召开及"东南互保"等重大事件的发生,使这一年成为中国近代史上的一个"关节点"。在这一年中,汪康年派、东南督抚及帝国主义势力都与"东南互保"发生着多多少少的联系,在这几种政治势力的作用下,"东南互保"对中国社会的发展也产生了重大的影响。

The year of 1900 saw the serial important events happening such as the uprising of Yihetuan Movement,the invasion of the eight allied fbrces, the upheaval of Zili, the convention of old china＇s congress, and the occurence of mutual safeguarding between the south and the east.In this year, year of Wangkang ,civil and militay governors of the south and the east and the imperialist forces have more or less connections with the mutal safeguarding between the south and the east ,and under those political forces＇s influence ,the occurrence of the mutal safeguarding between the south and the east produced some significant role in the progress of chinese society.
