Sarm.P.Caixi was the sixth chief judge of the US living with Lincoln in the same time who was born out of a poor family and strove into the upper classes of society through his own efforts.This paper has anchor itself on the chief judge＇s personal experience and divided his life into four phases, namely, the experience of growth ,the initial experience into political circle,being the head of finance, and being the chief grand justice in order to introduce his life experience.
