重度烧伤患者核心温度与健伤侧皮肤温度差异相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨烧伤患者核心温度与健侧、伤侧皮肤温度差异的相关性及其变化。方法:对45例重度烧伤患者.用肛温计直肠测温即核心温度,用BD-Ⅱ-604型数字皮温计测定健侧、伤侧部位的皮肤温度.根据烧伤后时间随机分为3组,伤后1~10d为A组22例,11~20d为B组13例,大于20d为C组10例。结果:核心温度与健侧皮肤温度呈正相关(r=0.377,P〈0.05).随伤后时间的延长,核心温度-健侧皮肤温度和核心温度-伤侧皮肤温度的标准差逐渐变小,而核心温度-健侧皮肤温度比核心温度-伤侧皮肤温度的均数大,伤侧皮肤温度比健侧皮肤温度高(P〈0.05).结论:对重度烧伤患者测量健侧皮肤温度,可随时观察患者的体温变化,有助于促进患者康复,提高其生活质量。 Objective: To study the eorrelation and the changes of the difference between the eore temperature and the skin temperature of the sound side and bum side of the patients with severe burn. Methods : Thermometer for rectal temperature and BD - Ⅱ -604 digital thermometer for skin temperature were respectively used to determine the core temperature and skin temperature of the sound side and burn side of 45 patients with severe burn, and the patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the time of burn. 22 patients burnt after 1 to 10 days were taken as group A; 13 patients burnt after 11 to 20 days as group B and 10 patients burnt morn than 20 days as group C. Results : There was positive correlation between eore temperature and the skin temperature of souud side ( r = 0. 377, P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the standard deviation between the core temperature - skin temperature of the sound side and the core temperature - skin temperature of burn side gradually became smaller as the time of burn lengthened. The numbers of mean temperature of the core temperature - skin temperature of the sound side was bigger than that of the core temperature - skin temperature of burn side and the temperature of burn side was higher than the temperature of sound side ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Measurement of the patients' skin temperature of sound side can get the change of patients' temperature at any moment, which is helpful for finding out the rehabilitation of the patients.
