肝肠-钙黏蛋白——一种新的胃腺癌标记物

摘要 LI-cad在结构和功能上不同于其它经典钙黏着蛋白,在正常组织中选择性地表达于小肠与大肠上皮细胞和杯状细胞的基底外侧区表面,鼠类还表达于肝细胞膜。它是对肠黏膜上皮细胞中经典钙黏蛋白和桥粒钙黏蛋白功能的补充。笔者就其结构、功能及其与胃癌的关系作一综述。
