RT-PCR检测门静脉血CK20mRNA对诊断结肠癌肝脏微转移的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌患者门静脉血CK20mRNA的检测对肝脏微转移的诊断价值。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测31例结肠癌患者门静脉血中CK20mRNA。结果全组检出CK20mRNA阳性率为25.81%,随访时间平均(18.5±10.6)个月(6~32个月)。1例术中发现肝转移且门静脉血CK20为阳性;术时未见肝脏转移而门静脉血CK20阳性的7例中3例术后(6~15个月)出现肝转移(42.85%);术时未见肝转移且门静脉血CK20阴性的23例,2例出现肝转移(8.69%)。结论结肠癌术中门静脉血CK20mRNA的检测对于患者的预后和指导治疗有参考价值。
