摘要
分别采用环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂、改性环氧丙烯酸酯,对水性光固化聚氨酯乳液进行改性,制得环氧聚氨酯复合乳液、改性环氧聚氨酯复合乳液、改性环氧丙烯酸酯聚氨酯复合乳液,比较这3种乳液的稳定性及涂膜性能的差异。结果表明:改性环氧丙烯酸酯聚氨酯乳液的贮存稳定性最好,但涂膜力学性能略逊于环氧聚氨酯复合乳液与改性环氧聚氨酯乳液。粒径分析仪显示:改性后的复合乳液粒径增大,粒径分布变宽。
The UV - curable waterborne polyurethane emulsion was modified by biphenol a epoxy resin, modified epoxy resin, modified epoxy acrylic resin (PPG -EA), named as EP/PU, PPG- EP/PU, PPG- EA/PU emulsion respectively. After comparing stability and properties of the films and dispersion emulsions of these three ,they show that the PPG - EP/PU emulsion has the best stability, but the tensile strength of EP/PU, PPG - EA/PU are superior to PPG - EP/PU. The particle size analyzer shows that the particle size and size distribution of the UV - curable waterbased polyurethane emulsion increases.
