摘要 本文提出了硫代米蚩酮液珠萃取比色测定痕量金的新方法。研究表明:在pH3.3乙酸缓冲溶液中,金与硫代米蚩酮形成的有色络合物能够被TBP的液珠萃取,根据所形成的液珠的颜色进行比色测定。采用封闭溶样技术,泡沫塑料富集分离,硫脲解脱,拟定了快速测定化探样品中痕量金的方法。该法简单快速,灵敏度高,取样15g,检测限为0.5ppb。经样品验证,结果满意。 Extraction of gold by Michler's thioketone droplets and colorimetric determination of trace gold has been investigated. It has been found that color complex of gold -Mixhler's thioketone can be extracted by droplets of TBP in acetate colution of pH 3.3, and gold can be determined based on the colour of organic phase. Determination of trace gold in geochemical exploration samples in proposed with closed dissolution system, urethan foam separation, and thiourea elution. The method simple and highly sensitive. The determination limit is 0.5 ppb with a 15g of sample.
