膀胱过度活动症疗效评价的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 2002年国际尿控学会新定义的膀胱过度活动症（OAB）为：OAB是一种尿急、可伴或不伴急迫性尿失禁，通常伴尿频和夜尿等症状的综合征，症状因人而异，尿急往往是最令患者烦恼的症状。OAB是一种慢性综合征，它并不威胁生命，也不导致无法抵御的功能障碍，但对患者的生活质量影响严重。因此目前的研究越来越多地关注于OAB对患者生活质量影响的评估、干预措施以及效果评价。
