摘要
用显微维氏硬度计测试不饱和聚酯(UPR)/超细级Al2O3复合微粒的硬度。采用一种特殊的制样新方法:把UPR/Al2O3复合微粒小球镶嵌于透明粘合剂中并固化在具有反光面的金属底座上;在考察UPR/Al2O3复合材料基体压缩力学行为的基础上,讨论了系统误差、测试范围及可行性;对四种不同Al2O3添加量的UPR/Al2O3复合微粒和复合材料浇铸体试样,均随机抽取10个硬度值作为统计样本,分析了相对误差和方差;比较了具有相同Al2O3实际含量的UPR/Al2O3复合微粒和UPR/Al2O3复合材料浇铸体的硬度差异。
Hardness of UPR/Al2O3 composite particles was tested by using micro Vickers hardness tester. A special new method was adopted that put composite particles in transparent bond and conglutinated them on the metallic pedestal with a reflector plane; the systemic error, testing range and feasibility were discussed on the base of reviewing compress property of basic materials that of UPR/Al2O3 ; the statistical swatch was made that selected randomly ten hardness from 4 kinds of composite particles samples and composite materials samples severally which added different weight of Al2O3 and then the swatch relative error and variance were analyzed; after that the hardness difference between composite particles and composite materials was compared when they had the same real content of Al2O3.
