单分散二氧化硅微球的制备及粉体分散方法的研究进展

Progress on Preparation and Dispersing Method of Mono-dispersed Silica Spheres

本文综述了近几年来单分散球形二氧化硅的制备方法,主要包括溶胶-凝胶法、溶胶种子法、微乳液法等;并且根据二氧化硅的性质介绍了其粉体的分散方法,对各种方法的优缺点进行了评述,最后简要介绍了球形二氧化硅的应用前景。

This paper reviewed the preparation methods of mono-disperse silicon dioxide particles in recent years, including sol-gel process, seed particle growth method, micro-emulsion method, and so on. The dispersing methods of monodisperse silica spheres were also introduced according to special properties of the silica power. The advantages and disadvantages of the preparation methods of mono-disperse silicon dioxide particles were reviewed. Finally, application prospect of silica spheres was depicted.
