摘要
目前,虚拟现实(VR,Virtual Reality)技术在城市规划设计领域的应用还处于比较初级的阶段,VR技术尚未真正融入到规划师的日常工作中,VR技术实时辅助城市规划设计的技术方法有待进一步研究。本文结合城市规划设计实践的需要,着重探讨了VR技术实时辅助城市规划设计的技术特征和典型流程。提出了实时辅助城市规划设计的VR技术除了具有沉浸感和交互作用两大基本特征之外,还应该强调其3维可视化、场景易编辑和专业分析等技术特征。以典型流程的形式描绘了如何才能将VR技术应用于城市规划方案编制的全过程中,并重点研究了如何选择VR系统、如何确定建立VR场景的技术方案、如何综合使用现有VR软件提供的各种功能,如何基于VR平台进行专业分析等问题。
The application of Virtual Reality (VR) technology to the field of urban planning and design is still in the primary phases, which means that the VR technology has not been integrated into the planning and design process by urban planners. Therefore, the technical method has to be studied for urban planning and design aided by VR in real-time. Taking the demand of urban planning and design practice into account, the technical method, which includes technical application characteristics and typical application process, was studied in the paper for urban planning and design aided by VR in real-time. Based on this research, the technical application characteristics consist of not only immersion and interaction, as well as 3D visualization, easy edition, and professional analysis. And the typical application process is composed of four aspects, such as VR system selection, VR scene construction, VR function integration, and professional analysis based on VR system. All the technical characteristics and the typical application process have to be considered during the whole periods of urban planning and design.
