双相波体外除颤器对室颤幼猪除颤效果的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的遵循《指南2005》以50J-70J-70J能量的双相波对室颤幼猪进行点击除颤,研究其除颤效果。方法太湖猪经5mA电流诱导室颤后,50J的能量进行除颤后立即CPR(心肺复苏术),不能成功复律者能量增加至70J并继续CPR,计算成功率,心电监护、多普勒超声及血液分析测定心功能及心肌酶谱。结果一次除颤成功率达100%,射血分数(EF)、左心室面积变化率(FAC)4h内均显著降低(P<0.05),K+在除颤成功4h内显著升高(P<0.05),72h后恢复正常,而BE在成功后3、4h明显降低(P<0.05),72h巨检未件异常。结论以50J-70J-70J能量电击加CPR的方案可有效的对室颤幼猪进行除颤,且无不可逆性损伤,是切实可行的。
