基于DSP的圆网印花机的同步控制系统

摘要 本文讨论了基于DSP的同步控制系统应用于圆网印花机的体系结构。通过对其深入研究,开发出相应的圆网印花同步控制系统,给出了同步控制系统的总体控制方案。采用DSP为核心芯片,加上少量的外围芯片,构成圆网印花机的主要控制系统。实现了同步控制系统通过CAN总线以及与PLC之间的通信。经实验证明,该系统具有优良性价比和控制性能,从速度和精度指标来看,该系统最高送布速度可达120 m/min,同步精度达到了0.1 mm。基本上达到了国内同类产品的先进水平。 This article discussed the system architecture which based on the DSP synchronous control system in the application of rotary screen printing machine. Through on the deeply research, we have developed the corresponding rotary screen printing synchronous control system, and designed the synchronous control system's overall control plan. Adopt DSP as the core chip, in addition the few periphery chips, constitutes the rotary screen printing machine,s primary control system. Realized the synchronous control system communicate with the others devices as well as PLC through the CAN bus. Proved after the experiment that this system has the fine performance-to-price ratio and the control performance, looking from the speed and the precision target, its highest delivers the cloth speed of this system to be possible to reach 120 m/min, the synchronous precision has achieved 0. 1 mm. It has basically achieved the do- mestic similar products advanced level.
