摘要
本文介绍了一种用于飞行器从发射到着地全弹道姿态测试数字记录装置,它由传感器、模拟适配调理电路、AD变换器、存储器、控制器、接口电路、电池等组成。该装置采用静态存储器完成发射前初始姿态数据的负延时循环记录,启动飞行后,NOR闪存作为主存储器记录发射前静态存储器数据和发射后飞行姿态数据。本装置实现了对飞行体弹头飞行全过程状态参数的存储测试,具有小体积,微功耗,抗高冲击等特点。经过实弹实验,成功的经受住了着地2.8万g的重力加速度的过载,完整记录了弹飞行的姿态数据。
In order to measure and storage the warhead whole fly dynamic parameter, this paper introduces a multi-channel stored testing and measuring device that is made up of sensors, adaptive amplifier, A/D converter, memory, controller, interface circuit, and a power source etc. SRAM be used as cycle storage to memory station data before launch triggered, and NOR flash as main memory to record all fly station data. The device has some traits, such as small size, low power, capable of working under high impact acceleration and high strike of shrapnel etc. By the test of ball cartridge, the system was withstand 28,000g acceleration of gravity at touchdown, and that successfully recorded the gesture data of ball cartridge fly.
