汽车自动变速器测控仪设计

摘要 如何对自动变速器的故障进行快速诊断,如何保证维修质量,功能齐全的检测工具是重要的质量保障。本文从自动变速器的电控部分人手,介绍了其组成和工作原理;本测控仪采用C8051F022单片机为控制核心,可实现对速度、节气门位置、油温、油压等参数进行检测、显示,以及对相关电磁阀的控制;与上位机的通信功能,可实现将有关数据保存到上位机,供研究分析之用。文章还介绍了如何利用PCA实现多路PWM信号输出的设计方法,以及系统测试的测试过程。 How to diagnose the fault of automatic transmission quickly , and how to ensure the service quality. The tool which has many functions about tests and diagnoses , is used to ensure the quality importantly. The paper introduces the compose and principium from the electroniccontrol part of automatic transmission; The detect and control instrument use C8051F022 single-chilycomptrollers as the core, it can detection and display the parameter about speed, position of adjust-air-door , temperature of oil, pressure of oil ;etc, also the control of the correlative solenoid, the function of communication with main computer can implement to put the data save to computer, use it to research and analyzer. The paper also introduces the method about how to use PCA to design the multi-signal-output of PWM, and the process of system test.
